District 53 Officer Training

District 53 offers Officer training twice a year. In the Fall/Winter. it's called "TLE" = Toastmaster Leadership Exchange.  In the Summer, it's called "TLI" = Training and Leadership Institute.  Training sessions are free.

If 4 officers attend two trainings, clubs will earn one point toward Distinguished Club.  It is usually a 4 hour session.  Here officers can talk to other district officers, share experiences, learn about what's going on in the District and how to strengthen their clubs, develop leadership skills and improve communications.
