D53 Executive Committee consists of all Area Governors, Division Governors, District Governor, Lt. Governors, PRO, Secretary, IPDG, and Treasurer.

D53 Council which meets twice a year at the Fall and Spring District Conferences, consists of the D53 Executive Committee and two representatives, the President and VP Education, of each Club in District 53.

| Items pertaining to club charters, membership dues renewals, new member applications and education award applications must be postmarked on or before the last day of June, and received at WHQ no later than July. Items submitted online or by e-mail must be received at WHQ on the last day of June, by 11:59 p.m. PT, while faxed documents must be received at WHQ by the last day of June, by 5:00 p.m. PT. |
